We provide help, guidance and fair learning opportunities to support children, young people and adults living with Dyslexia & Autism support.
Who are we
The organisation which was established to offer advice and educational support to people who have Dyslexia & Autism.
We are made up of a team of dedicated people who have firsthand experience of living with Dyslexia & Autism support – either having experienced it themselves or having supported loved ones with this condition.
We have direct experience – so we understand.

About 44% have an average to above-average intellectual ability (IQ > 85).
In the UK, more than one in 100 people are on the autism spectrum, and there are around 700,000 autistic adults and children. In the UK, four times as many boys are diagnosed with autism than girls.
What we do
We understand that Dyslexia & Autism are not single conditions but, in reality, affect people in many different ways, requiring diverse support strategies. Our motto is ‘Fair Learning Opportunities’ and we work with adults and children and their families to help them to get the best from educational opportunities and to find ways to succeed whilst managing their condition. Our support includes educational resources, assessment support, screening services, news and information, training courses and advocacy throughout the UK.

If you have Dyslexia & Autism, or you have a child or loved one who has been recently diagnosed, it can be difficult to know where to go for help and information. In our experience, one of the most effective methods of support is through the shared experience of someone who has already been there. We are here to help with accurate information and guidance on what to expect and where to go for help.
Summer clubs for children ages 7 and above
Homework Assistance & Support
Our trained staff members are on hand to help children with their homework, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand their assignments and complete them on time. This helps to reduce the stress of homework for both children and parents, and contributes to improved academic performance.Social Interaction and Friendship Building.
Creative and Recreational Activities
We offer a variety of creative activities, such as arts and crafts, music, and drama, that allow children to express themselves and develop their talents. Recreational activities, including sports, games, and outdoor play, help children stay active and healthy, while also promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.Social Interaction and Friendship Building.
Safe & Supervised Environment
Safety is our top priority. Our after school clubs are staffed by qualified professionals who ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and supervised setting. Parents can have peace of mind knowing that their children are in good hands.Social Interaction and Friendship Building.
Academic Preparation
We offer academic support, including study time and educational activities that help children review and reinforce what they have learned in school. This extra support can boost their confidence and preparedness for the school day. Assessment Support
If you or your child is being assessed for Dyslexia &Autism we can help with advice about the process, what to expect and what the outcome may be. We understand that this can be a very difficult and stressful time so we are here to help.
Screening

Our after school clubs provide ample opportunities for children to interact with their peers, fostering the development of social skills and building lasting friendships. Group activities and collaborative projects encourage children to work together, communicate effectively, and support one another.
Youth club from ages 11 and above
The youth clubs, designed for ages 11 and above, offer a perfect solution to keep adolescents engaged, entertained, and learning outside school. Our programs are filled with enjoyable and educational activities, ensuring a memorable and enriching experience.
Sports, Educational Enrichment and Development of Core Skills
The youth clubs offer a dynamic environment for fostering sportsmanship, educational enrichment, and the development of core skills. Participants engage in a variety of sports activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and resilience. Alongside sports, our programs incorporate educational components designed to enhance academic skills and critical thinking. Through these enriching experiences, youth club members cultivate valuable life skills, empowering them to thrive both on and off the field.
Educational Enrichment
The youth club is a safe place where young individuals find support, encouragement, and belonging. We foster positive relationships and mutual respect through structured activities, mentorship, and guidance, ensuring every member feels valued and empowered to explore interests, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.

Elderly Support Services
A help to those who need it Grocery Shopping Assistance from Send Care Foundation
Maintaining the ability to shop for food is crucial for staying well and independent as we age. We empower older adults to choose their groceries through our grocery delivery and escorted supermarket shopping services.
Senior Support Services
Ideal for seniors who are mobile but need some assistance with transportation and navigating food stores. Our escorted services can be one-on-one, where staff member assists an individual with their shopping, or as part of group shopping trips. These outings not only help with shopping but also provide an opportunity for social interaction, especially for those living alone.
Internet Shopping Services
Some local branches, offer food shopping services using online supermarket stores. We place orders on behalf of seniors, and the groceries are delivered to their homes by the supermarket on a scheduled date and time. This ensures regular food deliveries and allows seniors to benefit from online shopping even if they lack internet access
Home Delivery Services
For those who are housebound and unable to shop themselves, we collaborate with them to create a shopping list, and then deliver the groceries directly to their home.
GP/Medical Appointment
We support people by providing assistance to help them attend GP/medical appointments, ensuring they receive the care they need with ease and comfort.
